At Pet Crafted, we take great care to ensure you're completely satisfied with your custom pet portrait. Because each piece is personalized specifically for you, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Custom & Personalized Items

All of our products are custom-made to order based on your pet's photo and your specifications. As personalized items, they cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Digital Pre-Approval Process

To minimize errors and ensure you love your final product, we provide a digital pre-approval sample before production. This allows you to:

  • Review the design and layout
  • Request any necessary adjustments
  • Approve the final artwork before we print

By approving your digital sample, you confirm that the design meets your expectations.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

Production Errors

If we made an error in production that doesn't match your approved digital sample, we will remake your order at no charge. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
