Because each portrait is custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns under normal circumstances. However, we provide a digital preview for approval before production to ensure you're completely satisfied.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We'll replace it at no additional cost.
What if there's an error in production?
If we made a production error that doesn't match your approved preview, we'll remake your order at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
